Since 2016, Jonathan has been active in the prime residential markets of the Côte d'Azur and Monaco. Seven years dedicated to real estate valuation, and over 500 properties appraised between €1M and €100M, have given him a precise reading of property values and market dynamics.
He then moved into transactions with established firms such as Barnes and Valmont, advising owners and buyers on the sale and acquisition of their properties. His role gradually expanded to broader matters, including renovation, construction and value enhancement.
Pavillon was born from this experience: a single point of contact to manage clients' real estate interests over the long term.
Pavillon operates across the leading residential markets of the Côte d'Azur, from Saint-Tropez to Monaco and up to the Italian border.
